Vista Style Builder

I've tried Vista Style Builder on Win 7 (described on subject) and in Vista x64 Enterprise.

When I'm importing and applying the most XP visual styles on Vista, it works. But the most Vista styles don't work on Windows 7. For example: Project X2 runs well on Vista. But after importing to Windows 7, there's no difference after activating the test mode on Vista Style Builder. What can be the problem?
