I want to change the color of the minimize and maximize buttons from black to white, as well as the titlebar color.

How would I do that?

How would you create a transparent theme for Windows 7? I'm just looking to make the title bar, right side of the start menu and taskbar transparent.

I can't seem to do much with the borders of a custom theme.
 
I'm using Exon white for Windows 7 as my visual style and when I apply border padding or borders to the windows, it doesn't do anything but make them bigger, I'd like to change the size, but can't seem to.

My question is, is there a way to do this in VSB? Are the borders disabled or something? I can't seem to add borders to most VS. I'm also having trouble finding the close, maximize and minimize buttons as opposed to other themes in VSB.
