I have a more difficult issue too when trying this wonderful theme from jamie Green aka neiio on deviantart

I think this theme doesn't have transparent borders so you can't see Aero Glass effect through windows frames. May be you can try to make them transparent in the msstyle

If you are using the default aero.msstyle, the top white bar is the theme border. In the default msstyle, the left, right and bottom borders are very small (1px). If you use a msstyle with classic windows border size, the jump list look like other windows jump lists
