Great news, thanks Let's hope MS won't change some code and break something in the future, at the moment ONE and uxstyle seem to work well on the latest win10 build:

That's odd. Anyway if you have the update installed do this:
1) Run your 8.1 msstyle in WSB Beta in Ribbon mode 2) Click Add Class 3) Type in ImmersiveStart::Menu 4) Save the msstyle 5) Reopen it and you should have a new class Unknown > ImmersiveStart::Menu 6) Add a fillcolor to ImmersiveStart::Menu > PopUpBackground 7) Import the image and copy/paste the properties from Unknown > ImmersiveStart::Menu > PopUpItem in the 8.1.1 aero msstyles into the Unknown > ImmersiveStart::Menu > PopUpItem in your msstyle ( image has to be solid colors) 8) Save it and you'll have the Start Screen PopUp Menu
Hi! I tried these steps, but the context menu is still not working (if i right-click on a tile, i can only select it). Here's my updated version, can someone check it? Thanks.

EDIT: or just: (graphic(633,4,0,0,0,0,0,library(shell32.dll)),window) to (dtb(CONTROLPANEL, 12, 0))

Ok, after reading better the thread (thank you all) i'm now able to create a modded shellstyle with wsb (with edited uifile strings inside). But <stylesheets> in the translated uifile23 by Grim is different from the win7 one in your post, how to edit it to load "CONTROLPANEL, 12, 0" as described by you?
Thanks!!

My two themes, Abisso and Gray8mod on deviantart, have a white left column in the control panel and other windows: Is there a way to make them black/gray with the last version of WSB, without using ONE? Or, with ONE, how to do the magic? I read other posts in this thread but i'm totally noob about classes & co

Help / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Re: Windows 8 msstyles cross compatible with Windows 8.1?

Deleting multiple properties like that will be a bit slow, but if you search StartPanelPriv it'll show you StartPanelPriv and StartPanelComposited::StartPanelPriv and you can select all and delete. Ctrl + A doesn't work with the grid so you'll have to hold shift then click the first and the last property to select all. Make sure you don't delete any inherited properties if there are any.
Thanks!! Removing those properties and restoring them from the standard aero msstyles makes me lose other changes i made, and is corrupting something, Maybe the best way is to do the work from scratch

Oh ok, for the green frame you can only use BTNFACE:COLOR (RGB 0,0,0) and BTNTEXT:COLOR (RGB 255,255,255), it will be black like the ribbon. To apply another color only to the ribbon or that frame you need to mod system files like uiribbon, as Panda said in the previous post

You can simply add FILLCOLOR:COLOR For the green frame in your first post, no need to change uiribbon, it's inside the visual style (i made it black), but lol i don't remember the path. Let me search...

If you have : Fonts & System Metrics >BTNFACE:COLOR Black (rgb 0, 0, 0 ) " BTNTEXT:COLOR White (rgb 255, 255, 255 ) /**** Has to be these colors ****/ ......it forces classic/high contrast colors to show in the ribbon , so you'll be ok with your .msstyle, the rest of us are .....d Thank you so much for this workaround!
