I added you to MSN. I still cannot run the software.

I bought the software to use with modifying my theme for Windows 7. The executable says it's version 1.5.0.3, last modified on 10/19/2009; that's before Windows 7's release date.. ?

The website says:

Now with Windows 7 support

Is this claim false? It doesn't appear to work at all.

I can make myself available over Skype or MSN to help troubleshoot this. So far my experience has been most frustrating.

DumpTheme.exe also does not write anything to disk.
