What you want is to add a TEXTCOLOR:COLOR property to More Programs Tab -> Hot, Selected and Focused BTW, How did you make the start menu shorter like that? Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: satukoro on December 09, 2008, 03:24:00 am Change the 'Start > StartMenu > Panels > Basic > PlacesList > DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT' ( Start > StartMenu > Panels > Aero > Bottom > PlacesList > DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT ) from 'x, x, x, #' to a shorter height, something like 'x, x, x, 227'. ( x's being various numbers and the # sign being the height )
Change the rest of the start menu dimensions ( Program Lists, NSCHost, and SearchView ) to correspond with PlacesList. Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: sweatyfish on December 09, 2008, 03:29:08 am Yeah
I just found it and hoped I would edit my post before you seen it. Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: satukoro on December 09, 2008, 03:33:40 am Ok, cool.
Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: satukoro on December 09, 2008, 03:39:01 am How exactly do you add the properties like you said?
Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: sweatyfish on December 09, 2008, 03:43:26 am Under the preview for the image select "Add Property"
Then you add the properties in backwards. For example you want TEXTCOLOR:COLOR So you choose COLOR from the first drop down list, then choose TEXTCOLOR from the second. Then you click okay and change the color like you would normally. Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: satukoro on December 09, 2008, 03:44:40 am It says that already exists
Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: sweatyfish on December 09, 2008, 04:36:10 am If it says it already exist under More Programs Tab -> Hot, Selected and Focused then just change the color.
Make sure to expand More Programs Tab to get the individual images. Title: Re: Start menu 'all programs' button hover text colors. Post by: satukoro on December 09, 2008, 01:23:46 pm Yeah, but MorePrograms tab doesn't expand.
