" Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > PlacesList. Change textcolor:color to desired color. Or if that option is not available simply click add property, change type: from bool to color, change the property to textcolor. If you need to change programs list text color you can find it here: Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > ProgramsList Hope this helps.
