Sizing margins have no affect on size.

nah its not the sizing margins, nor the content margins at fill.

anyone have any idea why?

the font code in shellstyle.dll ... try to reduce the font size

Somebody knows where is located the drive bar image showing full capacity of HDD ? ( the white space bar on the screen )

Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Progress Bars > Normal > TransparentBar > <2>

sorry i was thinking at something else, at the font on the commandbar ... my bad
as for the drive bar size open you theme on vsb, open a new vsb with the default aero theme and go on both vsb to Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Progress Bars and compare the sizingmargins and contentmargins
