Title: New to this and would like help Post by: bhast2 on July 29, 2009, 02:29:36 am Ok so I just bought Vista Style builder (great program by the way)
I want to start making themes for windows 7 But I am new to making themes and this looks like the best program to learn how to do this Is there a guide to doing this maddness like do I have to edit the aero.msstyles.mui file and what app do I use to do do I have to edit shellstyle.dll.mui or the shellstyle.dll to get what I want Cause when I make a Win7 theme i just get a msstyle file but i know win7 needs a .theme file too so any tips to get me start would be awesome and add anything you think i need to know to get this going for me cause I have always wanted to make VS for Windows Thanks for your help bhast2 HOPE I PUT THIS IN THE RIGHT SPOT Title: Re: New to this and would like help Post by: ka-la on July 29, 2009, 08:33:45 am Themes files put .msstyles work :O but just gives them specific color scheme.
