I'm having this glassy borders that I don't want:

but I have no idea how to remove them.

maybe you should look  :

Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics>PADDEDBORDERWIDTH:SIZE

or

Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Fading
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > ToolWindow

You can't removed that, that's the blur. You can make it smaller by going Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics>PADDEDBORDERWIDTH:SIZE as rajtheeban said, but it'll still be there, so I'm afraid you'll have to make your borders a little larger.
