This is how my Taskbar looks (http://thelivinglovestory.net/Uploads/Images/Visual Help/How_it_Should_Be.PNG) And this is how it looks after I restart it (http://thelivinglovestory.net/Uploads/Images/Visual Help/After_Restart.PNG) And when I unlock it, it still doesn't let me resize it smaller. I have to revert back to aero make the taskbar smaller and then go back to my theme.
