I know how to change the mouse over and checked font colors of the treeview, but the normal state is a bit weird. You would expect that you have to change only the font color in: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > TreeItem > Normal, but for me it doesn't change the color of the tree in the explorer. Here's a screenshot.
