Where do I go to change the blue text, line and the black text underneath it.

1) for words "programs", "files" etc:
 Lists, Menus & Tabs > ListView > GroupHeader: HEADING1TEXTCOLOR:COLOR

also, you can change the font (size, italic etc)



2) for lines, i think:
Lists, Menus & Tabs > ListView > GroupHeaderLine

3) for words: "Search everywhere, in internet ":
Start > StartMenu > Panels > Basic > TopMatch
