2) Add properties: ENUM/BGTYPE/IMAGEFILE ENUM/SIZINGTYPE/STRETCH,TILE or TRUESIZE FILENAME/IMAGEFILE/select your image (must be png) I did this at Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Control Panel > ControlPanel > ContentPane where I had to use a TILE sizingtype: (https://imgur.com/2mdA1n2.png) Sometimes it works but usually it doesn't and then there's nothing you can do. Use really small ones if you are using the TILE sizingtype. Never use TRUESIZE because then you're stuck with that one size. Use STRETCH so the image can be stretched to fit different sized windows. By the way that Control Panel window can't be done right even with a TILE sizingtype because it's using some kind of weird composite tiling that's big in some places and small in others.
