Where can this line be found? It appears only on inactive windows ...

Take a look at this image: Address, Breadcrumb & Search > Address > AddressBand > Basic > AddressBand > <1>
I had the same problem and I think that solved it for me

no, thats only the highlight from the complete adressbar

It's not only the highlight, it contains also the default one...

i had this problem, too..

i have no VSB on my this PC here atm, but it is a line in a dropdown button in the bb-toolbar in normal-state (the concerning picture contains more buttons)..

if you don't find it, i'll look for it later..
