Title: User Account Picture frame... can it be changed? Post by: andyjessy on August 04, 2014, 12:06:41 am Hi guys, I'd like to know is someone knows how to change the frame around the user account picture.
I'm using Windows 8.1.1 and StartIsBack... I've changed everything in the start menu but I don't know how to change that frame, it would be easy in a theme made just for SIB but I don't know how in a complete theme.
