All the backgrounds are black. It then uses Black Glass Enhanced to let you change the color of Explorer windows from the Personalize panel. Black Glass Enhanced is a program for w7 that is used to give Explorer transparency. It will make any black fillcolor transparent when it is running. So before in w7 when it was running you would see the Details>Reflection>Main image but since we don't have that in w8 you get whatever the frame color is adjusted to. |
