Title: Win 8 explorer background color route? Post by: undine on November 17, 2012, 09:21:04 pm I have downloaded the latest ver. of WSB and have been working on a new theme. I have gone more or less from my notes on win 7 styles.
Some of these same locations seem right for Win 8, but I can't get the file explorer backgrond color to change. I have searched this forum but don't find anything. This sys. is Win 8 64 bit. Just like 7 Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > FILLCOLOR:COLOR

,but the file explorer BG will not change from bright white. It shows grey in the block in WSB, but when I save it and copy the new files in themes folder it makes no change.
