Only way to get rid of it is the uncheck Start Menu and Taskbar Animations in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools\Advanced Tools\Adjust the Appearance and Performance of Windows\ Visual Effects. Or make the buttons a solid color.
