I'm not talking about the one in "%temp%\shell\NormalColor\shellstyle.dll" that only gets applied when your testing a vs.

Say your visual style is called "style1". Then it would be in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\style1\Shell\NormalColor\shellstyle.dll |
