Somebody knows where there is this transparency?

that's the blur. i think. is that basic?
the blur is shaped to match windows default so it is rounded.
if you use a sharp corner the only thing you can do is try to
blend your colors to make it less noticeable. you can play around
with shadows to blend it in as well..

If I'm right, you should find this to edit in " Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames  ( try with top and bottom frames otherwise left and right )

Wish there was a way we can just edit this blur to match our images so we don't have to blend and what not

Frames all already been corrected, top and bottom, left and right.
