Anybody know where the circled blue text and white background are in this picture:



I've checked ActionCenter.cpl, ActionCenter.dll,wscui.cpl and comctl32.dll with no success.

I have no idea where else to look. Resource Spy says these are the only files opened. A search of UIFILES for these rgbs turned up nothing.

Could really use some help here. Thanks.

Found the background by hex-editing wscui.cpl. Still looking for the text color though.
